I Haven’t Received OTP Code — GIC
Not receiving an SMS containing the OTP (one time password) GIC code can be due to several reasons, including you entered the wrong mobile number when registering, there is a network problem, your message inbox is full, or a problem with our system.
If you do not get the OTP code when verifying your mobile number, do the following steps:
- Make sure the mobile number you entered is correct.
- Make sure your phone is on and has a good signal to receive the OTP code.
- Wait a few moments until the OTP code is sent to the registered mobile number.
- Make sure your phone’s inbox/SMS is not full and try again periodically.
- Alternatively, you can contact the GIC Call Center to receive the OTP code manually.
